Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork chops: In a bowl, mix together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and crushed garlic. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
