Marinade:
½ cup ketchup
2 ⅔ tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Pork Chops:
6 (4 ounce) (1-inch thick) pork chops
Instructions
Marinate the pork chops: In a bowl, mix together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and crushed garlic. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Cook the pork chops: Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard excess marinade. Grill or pan-fry pork chops for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
Serve: Remove pork chops from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot with your favorite sides.
