  • 36 oz frozen Broccoli florets
  • 3/4 cup melted Butter, divided
  • 24 oz Velveeta
  • 45 Ritz Crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare Broccoli: Cook the frozen broccoli florets according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Melt Butter: Melt 1/2 cup of butter and set aside.
  3. Make Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the Velveeta cheese with the remaining 1/4 cup of butter until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked broccoli with the cheese sauce until well coated. Transfer to a casserole dish.
  5. Add Cracker Topping: Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
