This easy Cinnamon Sugar Pizza is made with buttery crescent roll dough, coated in a delicious blend of cinnamon and sugar, and baked until golden brown. A simple vanilla glaze adds the perfect finishing touch. Perfect for a quick dessert, brunch, or a cozy treat with coffee!

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for optional glaze)
  • 1 tbsp milk (for optional glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. Roll Out the Dough: Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form one large sheet. Shape into a circle or leave rectangular.
  3. Brush with Butter: Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle Cinnamon Sugar: In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over buttered dough.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Make the Glaze (Optional): Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm pizza.
