  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup Italian Panko Bread Crumbs

  • 2 1/2 tbsp chopped Parsley, divided
  • 24 tbsp Oil
  • 3 boneless skinless Chicken Breast halves
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella

  1. Bread the Chicken: In one bowl, place flour. In another bowl, beat eggs. In a third bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, and 2 tbsp parsley. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in bread crumb mixture.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
