For the cream sauce:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 crushed garlic cloves
1.2 cups / 300 milliliters of coconut milk
1 large organic lemon (juice and zest)
