Indulge in these decadent Tagalong Cinnamon Rolls filled with a rich mixture of Tagalong cookies, chocolate chips, and butter, topped with a creamy peanut butter glaze.

For dough:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup ice-cold water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed

For filling:

  • 4 oz. Tagalong cookies
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup demerara sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

For glaze:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, slightly softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted, as needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: Combine milk, flour, water, eggs, yeast, sugar, salt, and butter. Knead until smooth. Let rise.
  2. Make the filling: Mix Tagalongs, butter, sugar, chocolate chips, and salt. Spread over rolled-out dough.
  3. Bake: Roll dough into a log, slice, and bake until golden.
  4. Prepare the glaze: Beat butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
