1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
Prepare the cabbage: Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves. Blanch in boiling water for a few minutes until softened. Set aside.
Make the filling: In a bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, half of the parsley, and egg. Mix well.
Fill and roll: Place a spoonful of the filling onto a cabbage leaf, fold the sides, and roll up. Repeat with remaining cabbage leaves and filling.
Prepare the sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato soup, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes.
Assemble and bake: Pour some of the sauce into a baking dish, arrange the cabbage rolls, and pour the remaining sauce over them. Cover and bake until the cabbage is tender and the filling is cooked through.
Notes
You can add a sprinkle of cheese on top before baking for a cheesy twist.
