  • ½ cup yellow onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 5 ounces fresh baby spinach

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
