  • the juice of 2-3 limes
  • ½ to 1 jalapeño
  • 23 cups Cooked Rice or Quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Spices:

  • Chili Powder
  • Cumin
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Black Pepper

Dressing:

    • Olive Oil
    • Lime Juice
    • Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)
    • Salt and Pepper

Optional Toppings:

    • Sesame Seeds
    • Red Pepper Flakes
    • Chopped Green Onions
    • Tortilla Strips or Crispy Wonton Strips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: Season shrimp with spices, then cook until pink and opaque.
  2. Assemble the Bowls: Combine shrimp, avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in bowls.
