2 slices Rye Bread
1 tbsp Butter, softened
3 tbsp Thousand Island Dressing
4 slice Swiss Cheese
4 oz Corned Beef, deli sliced
1/4 cup Sauerkraut, drained
Instructions
Prepare the Bread: Spread butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
Assemble the Sandwich: On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and another slice of Swiss cheese. Top with the other bread slice, buttered side out.
Grill the Sandwich: In a skillet over medium heat, grill the sandwich until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve: Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and serve hot.
