Jalapeños (fresh, diced): 2-3, depending on desired heat level
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Onion: 1 small, chopped
Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (about 100g), grated
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
Cook the Chicken and Pasta: Start by cooking your chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. While that’s cooking, boil the fettuccine according to package instructions and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the jalapeños and soften them before adding the cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
Add Chicken and Pasta: Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the sauce with the fettuccine. Sprinkle in Parmesan and toss to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.
Simmer and Serve: Simmer for a few minutes, then adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot, adding extra jalapeños if you like more heat.
