10 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
2 medium onions, peeled and grated
5 large eggs

2 teaspoons salt

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, onions, eggs, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 1 hour or until the top is golden and crispy.

Notes
