Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry or flatbread (store-bought for convenience)
  • 2 pears, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz (120g) Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

  2. Prepare the flatbread: Place the puff pastry or flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Assemble the flatbread: Arrange the pear slices, Gorgonzola cheese, and walnuts on top of the flatbread. Drizzle with honey and olive oil. Season with black pepper.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the flatbread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve: Remove from the oven, top with fresh arugula leaves, and slice to serve.

Notes

  • You can customize this flatbread by using goat cheese or blue cheese instead of Gorgonzola.
  • For a different flavor, try using pecans instead of walnuts.
