Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond/cashew butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini M&Ms
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the Wet Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the Dry Ingredients – Stir in the oats, flaxseed, chocolate chips, M&Ms, and salt. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Form into Balls – Scoop out small portions and roll into bite-sized balls. If the mixture is too sticky, chill it for 10 minutes first.
  4. Chill and Set – Place the energy balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
