Meatloaf:
¾ cup milk
⅔ cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon rubbed sage
1 ½ pounds ground beef
½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
Glaze:
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine milk, bread crumbs, eggs, minced onion, salt, sage, ground beef, and mushrooms. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over the meatloaf.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour or until the meatloaf is no longer pink in the center.
