6 (4 ounce) links sweet Italian sausage
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium yellow onion, sliced
½ medium red onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
¼ cup white wine, or more to taste
Instructions
Prep the Ingredients: Slice the onions, garlic, and bell peppers. Remove the sausage from casings if necessary.
Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, cook the sausage links until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until tender.
