Breadstick Dough
1 cup warm water (100 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit)
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Add flour gradually and knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise until doubled in size.
Shape the Breadsticks: Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into sticks. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add Toppings: Brush the breadsticks with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
