  • 3 Potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 24 oz Italian/Spaghetti Sauce
  • 14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flake
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 24 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed

Instructions

  1. Brown the Ground Beef: In a large pot, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add Ingredients: Add potatoes, onion, garlic, beef broth, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, bay leaf, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Simmer: Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add Vegetables: Stir in the thawed mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  5. Serve: Remove the bay leaf and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
