1oz pineapple juice
1oz lime juice
1oz Midori (melon liqueur)
1/2oz blue curaçao (optional, for added color)

Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
Add coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and Midori to the shaker.
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Notes
