  • 16 ounce jar of dill pickle chips well drained and broken pieces removed
  • Canola Oil enough to fill a deep pot about 2-inches
  • Batter
    • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Dipping Sauce
    • ½ cup Your favorite BBQ Sauce
    • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pickles: Drain and dry pickle chips.
  2. Make Batter: In a bowl, mix flour, milk, baking powder, seasoned salt, and dried dill until smooth.
  3. Fry Pickles: Dip pickle chips in batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Make Dipping Sauce: Mix BBQ sauce and ranch dressing together.
  5. Serve: Serve fried pickles with dipping sauce and enjoy!
