For the Chicken:
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For the Broth:
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup heavy cream
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup heavy cream
For the Ramen:
2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a pan, cook chicken in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Slice and set aside.
Make the Broth: In a pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and heavy cream. Simmer for a few minutes.
Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a separate pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, and add heavy cream. Cook until thickened.
Cook the Ramen: Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and divide into bowls.
Assemble: Pour the broth over the noodles, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with green onions and chili oil if desired.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili powder and chili oil.
Feel free to add your favorite veggies like bok choy or mushrooms to the ramen.
