  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, jerk seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, brown sugar, and lime juice.
  4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Make sure they are not overcrowded for even cooking.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot, garnished with lime wedges or fresh cilantro, if desired.
