1/2 English Cucumber, thinly sliced
4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh Dill, chopped
1/8 tsp Onion Powder
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
12 slices Bread
Instructions
Prepare the Spread: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread. Top half of the slices with cucumber slices. Cover with the remaining slices to make sandwiches.
Serve: Cut the sandwiches into halves or quarters, and enjoy!
Notes
You can add thinly sliced radishes or sprouts for extra crunch and flavor.
For a lighter version, use whole wheat or multigrain bread.
