Main Ingredients:

    • 1 boneless turkey breast (45 pounds) or 1 bone-in turkey breast (6 pounds)
    • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
    • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 medium lemon

Vegetables and Fruits:

    • 2 carrots, scrubbed and cut into 2-inch pieces
    • 2 celery stalks, cut into 2-inch pieces
    • 1 red apple, cut into 8 wedges
    • 8 sprigs fresh thyme

Others:

  • 1 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prepare the turkey: Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Add ingredients to the crockpot: Place the seasoned turkey breast in the crockpot, then add lemon, carrots, celery, apple, thyme, white wine or chicken broth, and melted butter.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the turkey is cooked through and tender.
  4. Serve: Slice the turkey and serve with the cooked vegetables and pan juices.
