  • 1 pound Italian sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly grease the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Place the frozen tortellini at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the browned sausage, diced tomatoes (with their juices), cream cheese cubes, shredded mozzarella, shredded Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the tortellini is tender and the sauce is creamy. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  4. Serve: Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
