1 lb (500g) jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail-on
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasonings:
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro, stems and leaves
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoons lime juice
fresh lemon wedges
Instructions
Season Shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in cilantro, butter, and lime juice.
