2 Teaspoons Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Stick butter room temperature
2 Large Eggs room temp
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
FOR THE TOPPING:
3 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a separate bowl, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Sour Cream: Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and milk.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
Make Topping: In a small bowl, mix together butter, cinnamon, flour, brown sugar, and chocolate chips.
