½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Chicken and Sauce:
1 pound chicken breasts (boneless and skinless, cut into long strips)
4 tablespoon butter (unsalted, divided)
2 cups heavy cream
12 ounce spaghetti (or linguini)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Season the chicken: In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, white pepper, and salt. Season the chicken strips with this mixture.
Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, cook the seasoned chicken strips in 2 tablespoons of butter until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine and serve: Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet with the sauce. Serve over cooked spaghetti or linguini. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

This dish can be customized by adding vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms to the sauce.
