  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prep Chicken: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Assemble: Place a slice of cheese and ham on each chicken breast. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Bread: Roll chicken in bread crumbs to coat.
  4. Bake: Arrange in the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve: Remove toothpicks before serving.
