  • 34 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can, 10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup
  • 1 1/3 cup Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 cup Minute Rice
  • 1/4 Onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 12 oz Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a skillet, cook the chicken breasts until no longer pink. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, rice, onion, garlic, peas, carrots, pepper, and salt.
