  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Burger Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Quesadilla

  • 4 burrito sized flour tortillas
  • 16 thinly sliced cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup pickles
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Set aside.
  2. Make the burger sauce: Mix together mayo, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika in a bowl.
