1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Burger Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tablespoons grated onion
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1 Tablespoon pickle relish
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Quesadilla
4 burrito sized flour tortillas
16 thinly sliced cheddar cheese
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup pickles
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Prepare the beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Set aside.
Make the burger sauce: Mix together mayo, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika in a bowl.
Assemble the quesadilla: Place a tortilla on a skillet, add a layer of cheese, cooked beef, onions, pickles, and burger sauce. Top with another tortilla. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Repeat: Repeat with remaining ingredients to make more quesadillas.
