A playful, tropical drink that combines the creamy goodness of a piña colada with a burst of sweet bubblegum flavor. Perfect for summer parties, poolside lounging, or when you’re just in the mood for something colorful and fun!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or cream of coconut
  • 1/2 cup bubblegum-flavored syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup white rum (optional for an alcoholic version)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
  • Pink sugar or shredded coconut (for rimming the glass)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Glass: If desired, rim the glass with pink sugar or shredded coconut. Simply dip the rim in pineapple juice and then into the sugar/coconut.
  • Blend the Drink: In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, bubblegum syrup, ice, vanilla extract, and rum (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve: Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish: Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry for a fun and colorful finish.
  • Enjoy: Serve immediately with a straw and sip away!

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum.
  • Add a few drops of pink food coloring if you want a more vibrant hue.
