Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk, almond milk, coconut milk (or ¼ cup vanilla creamer)
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 12 cups baby kale or spinach leaves, fresh
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 packet Stevia

Instructions

  1. Blend: In a blender, combine blueberries, Greek yogurt, milk, banana, kale or spinach, ice cubes, and Stevia.
  2. Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy.
