Salmon Bites:
1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Bang Bang Sauce:
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Season the salmon: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the salmon and toss to coat.
Bake the salmon: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
Coat the salmon: Once the salmon is cooked, toss it in the Bang Bang Sauce until evenly coated.
