Ingredients

2cups all-purpose flour
1cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4cup milk
2 large eggs
1/4cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix Batter: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the raspberries.
Fill Donut Pan: Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Glaze: Allow the donuts to cool slightly before removing from the pan. If desired, dip the warm donuts into a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter to keep the donuts light and fluffy.
Tossing raspberries in a bit of flour before adding to the batter can prevent them from sinking.
