Main Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450 g) chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Optional Garnish:

  • Additional grated Parmesan
  • Chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken cubes and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer the chicken: Thread marinated chicken cubes onto skewers.
  3. Air fry the skewers: Preheat the air fryer. Place skewers in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  4. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
